Meet East Fork’s expanded and revamped tincture product line!

Our single-cultivar Organic Hemp Oil line now includes East Fork Original cultivars Blue Orchid, Oregon Sweetgum, Sour Pineapple, and – from breeders Oregon CBD – White CBG.

Showcasing the abundant sensory gifts of the plant, the tincture contains two simple ingredients: organic avocado oil and organic full-spectrum hemp oil.

The single-cultivar origins offer a connoisseur-level experience of unique flavors and experiences.

And our entire Organic Hemp Oil line is now more potent, for maximum potential beneficial effects. It features a revamped formulation of 1000mg of primary cannabinoid per 1oz bottle (plus additional cannabinoids in smaller amounts).

It also presents an increased terpene concentration, for a true-to-the-plant experience with a wide array of benefits.

Read on for more details about each oil variety.

White CBG Organic Hemp Oil

An intriguing addition to the lineup is The White CBG, a variety of craft hemp that produces CBG (cannabigerol) rather than CBD (cannabidiol) as its dominant cannabinoid. CBG is sometimes called the “stem cell cannabinoid” or the “mother cannabinoid” because it is the first one that the plant makes – all the others develop from it.

Like CBD, CBG is non-intoxicating and can offer a relaxing experience. But while they share some commonalities, CBG appears to have its own unique effects.

The research on CBG so far is promising for various kinds of therapeutic potential, with intriguing possibilities. Scientists found that CBG has anti-oxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties, and are also examining its effects in combination with other cannabinoids including CBD.

In its Organic Hemp Oil form, East Fork’s White CBG is one of the first USDA Organic Certified CBG tinctures available on the market. Our team describes it as good for both daytime or nighttime use, and promoting focus, clarity, calm, and an upbeat mood.

Its terpene profile (.33%) is dominant in Farnesol 1, a floral-scented terpene named for the Farnese acacia tree, followed (in order) by Squalene, alpha-Bisabolol, and Guaiol. These elements combine for a very subtle flavor calling to mind a blend of crisp spring, vanilla, and wildflowers.

Blue Orchid Organic Hemp Oil

Blue Orchid bottles the essence of the fan favorite that won the 2019 Cultivation Classic. Bred primarily for its distinct terpene profile, this cultivar was named for both its floral aroma and the lovely blue-purple hue of its mature flowers.

In its tincture version, Blue Orchid is prevalent in Squalene, followed by beta-Caryophyllene, Caryophyllene Oxide, and Guaiol. This terpene profile (.21%)  offers sweet floral notes with a woodsy undertone.
Our team assessed the effects of our Blue Orchid oil to be focused, with a lift in energy and sociability.

Oregon Sweetgum Organic Hemp Oil

Our Oregon Sweetgum flower is a crossbreed of CBD powerhouses ACDC and Canna Tsu, named in an ode to the Pacific Northwest tree.

In its tincture form, Oregon Sweetgum’s terpene profile (.34%) leads with Farnesol 1, with beta-Caryophyllene, Squalene, and alpha-Bisabolol rounding up the pack. The resulting flavor combo includes notes of honey and ripe fruit with warm floral undertones.

Experience-wise, our team found Oregon Sweetgum calming and sedative, perfect for the end-of-day wind down.

Sour Pineapple Organic Hemp Oil

In its flower form, East Fork’s Sour Pineapple boasts a legendary Tsunami heritage from the backbone of CBD-rich genetics: Sour Tsunami x Pineapple Tsu.

As an oil, though, Sour Pineapple’s dominant terpene is a singular display (.04%) of beta-Caryophyllene, a powerful compound that is sometimes called the “dietary cannabinoid” because of its ability to activate CB2 receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system.

Sour Pineapple evokes lively citrus and tropical fruit notes mixed with pine. Our team experienced it as mellow, relaxing, and calming – a perfect nightcap.

A Pure Value

Our 100% natural Organic Hemp Oil is one of the only USDA Organic Certified cannabinoid tinctures available on the market.

Suitable for vegans, it’s also free of alcohol, sugar, and gluten – with no preservatives or artificial ingredients whatsoever. The avocado oil is a low FODMAP ingredient.

Our Organic Hemp Oil is extremely versatile, and can be used orally, sublingually, or topically. One 1mL dropper serving size contains 33mg of primary cannabinoid, as well as the array of minor contributors to the full-spectrum of plant goodness. Activation time is generally about 30-60 minutes.

From seed to bottle, the whole East Fork team has put a lot of love and work into bringing you this delicious, silky-textured, efficacious tincture!

And at an affordable price point, furthering our mission to make high-quality cannabis therapeutics available to all who can benefit. (Not just humans – pets too.)

Officially launched on May 20, 2022, the Organic Hemp Oil line is priced at $55 per bottle at retailers – and only $50 at Hemp Bar and eastforkhemp.com.
